New to e-Study Buddy?
e-Study Buddy is Mind Stretcher's multi-platform e-learning app. e-Study Buddy is offered to:

Mind Stretcher students of select programmes, to be used with complimentary worksheets.

Individuals who have bought Mind Stretcher's ebooks online or from Mind Stretcher Centres.

Academic Institutions who have bought Mind Stretcher's ebooks.
The e-Study Buddy app is free to download. However, user accounts must be created for users to access Mind Stretcher's content.
To use the app, first download and install it on a dedicated device. Users can starting access their ebooks after launching and signing in.
e-Study Buddy is NOT run from a web-browser.
PC Users
Download app installer from https://www.mindstretcher.com/e-studybuddy/ to PC, then launch the installer to setup e-Study Buddy. Setting up requires use of a PC account with system administrator rights OR administrator password to give permission to install.
Mobile Users
Visit App Store or Google Play Store. Search keyword 'MS e-Study Buddy' to locate app entry and install it to your device..
How to use Technical Support?
Please contact us for issues related to use and operation of the app, app sign-in problems, missing ebooks for currently enrollment.
Please contact enquiries@mindstretcher.com for:
- Matters concerning educational content within the books or teaching methods used.
- Mind Stretcher Policies concerning e-Study Buddy eg device limit, book availability & removal
- You have feature requests or suggestions to improve the app.
Using the contact form

NAME OF USER, IN FULL *Not to be confused with username of e-Study Buddy account
This field is one of several used to track your user account. Ideally, the name provided is identical to the one provided during student registration.
If writing to us as parent, leave your name in the message box instead. If you are writing on behalf of more than one child, consider using different contact forms for each child so that we can maintain record history.
EMAIL (preferably Primary Contact Email)
This field lets us respond to your request. Our reply may not reach you if the address contains typographical errors.
Primary Contact Email is an important email address, usually belonging to a parent of a Mind Stretcher student.
Please notify your Mind Stretcher centre if you wish to fix or update the primary contact email. For security reasons, your e-Study Buddy password will be reset & sent to the new email following the change.
SELECT DEVICE
e-Study Buddy supports use on different device types. For single-device users, this information helps us quickly prepare solutions appropriate to device.
PROBLEM
Use the categories provided to quickly outline the problem(or primary problem, if more than one) encountered.
MESSAGE
We would appreciate if you could briefly outline the steps leading to the problem.
Screen captures can really help us quickly identify the cause of the problem. Click on the paperclip & attach image(s) to us if you have the means to capture and share screenshots.
Useful Information to include in message:
- Username for account - See section Account Username
- Enrollment information - Centre attended , Programmes attended, important dates.
- Purchase information (if applicable) eg: claim code
- Parent/Guardian name so that we may address you properly.
Information we do not need:
- Identification Card Number / Birth certificate
ACCOUNT USERNAME *also used to sign in to your e-Study Buddy account
- [Enrolled user] Your account's username is also your unique Mind Stretcher Student ID, in 7-digit format.
- [Online Purchase eg Shopify] Username will be the email address that you provide on your first purchase
- [Claim Code Purchase] You can choose to associated your claimed book with an existing student enrollment account or create your own by providing a valid email address
- [Academic] Your account's username is a preassigned ID
