Forgot your password or wish to change it? Either contact us to have it reset to a random-generated one, OR set it to preference using the change-password feature at https://www.mindstretcher.com/e-studybuddy/
After submitting your 7-digit username/MS student ID (ask us or your centre if you do not know), a URL link will be emailed to your primary contact email. Click the link within one day of receiving to open up a webpage to allow you to key in the new password. If you did not complete or chose to abort the process, the password will remain unchanged.
NOTE: YOUR PASSWORD WILL BE RESET WHENEVER YOU UPDATE YOUR PRIMARY CONTACT EMAIL.
IMPORTANT
We recommend that you set your email service for yor primary contact email to allow incoming mail from: mindstretcher@pagewerkz.com & support@pagewerkz.com . If you choose not to set this, you may need to check your spam folder after receiving confirmation of sending of credentials from us.
I get this error message that stops me from signing in.
When using e-Study Buddy, you may encounter the following errors:
Ver 1.0.6.9 & before |
This device has reached total number of devices to login |
Ver 2.0.0 & later |
You have exceeded maximum number of devices for use with your account |
This is because Mind Stretcher has in place, a one-device limit for each e-Study Buddy account which will lock out devices other than the one used to successfully sign-in. Users are advised to keep to one dedicated device and contact support to perform a device unlock in the event of loss/damage/hardware- change.
