What to do if I encounter problems using the app?

 

For users who have been issued e-Study Buddy accounts by your school, along with ebooks, if you encounter issues in the use of the app, please contact:

- Your issuer for account-related matters eg username & password 

- For technical issues related to functioning of the e-Study Buddy App, please select 'e-Study Buddy Academic' when submitting 

* You will NOT be able to change your password using the Change The Password feature on the e-Study Buddy homepage ( https://www.mindstretcher.com/e-studybuddy/ )

 

For technical matters, please provide the following in the message box along with description of the problem

  • Name of School
  • Your assigned e-Study Buddy account username
  • Your Student name
  • Class 

Please also provide valid email for correspondence with support.
